What data do we process and why?

Only the data you give us when you fill in a registration form (usually your name, email address, phone number and your answers to the form itself). We use it to:

• Manage your registration for classes, workshops and events, and get in touch with you.
• Send you a copy of your registration by email, if the form says so.

We do not use your data for advertising and we do not disclose it to third parties.

Legal basis

The legal basis for processing is your consent, which you give by ticking the acceptance box and submitting the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), and the performance of the relationship you request when you sign up (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Recipients and processors

The data is stored on our own servers located in the European Union. Emails are sent from our own mail server. No international data transfers take place.

Retention

We keep registration data for as long as our relationship with you lasts and, at most, until the end of the season following your last activity, unless we are legally required to keep it for longer. You can ask for it to be erased at any time.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to [email protected]. If you believe we have not properly addressed your rights, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) (www.aepd.es).

Minors

Registrations for children under 14 must be made by their parents or legal guardians.

Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data: encrypted connection (HTTPS), restricted access to the management panel and regular backups.
