Swing dance classes in Pontevedra

Since October 2026 ¡Baila Swing! has also been teaching in Pontevedra, and the group just keeps growing. If you live in or around Pontevedra and fancy learning to dance swing, enjoying great music and meeting new people, this is the place for you.

• What we dance: Lindy Hop, the most popular swing dance, born in Harlem in the 1920s.
• When: two Fridays a month, from 19:30 to 21:30 (four hours of class a month). We announce the dates at the start of each term.
• Where: Escuela de Danza Déborah, Rúa Xan Guillermo, 25, 36002 Pontevedra.
• Price: €40 a month or €110 per term.

No previous experience needed and no need to bring a partner: we learn step by step in a friendly, fun atmosphere, and in class everyone dances with everyone as we rotate partners.

Important: the school's rules require you to bring indoor shoes, different from the ones you wear outside. Any comfortable trainers will do (ideally with soles that slide a little); please avoid high heels and platforms.
